The hotel offers modern, clean, and very spacious rooms equipped with everything we needed, although the bath tub was a lovely addition. The service was top-notch, with the staff being always available to assist, except for one incident in the restaurant. The location, within the extensive grounds of the chateau, was really nice, providing a serene atmosphere away from the busy city. The dining experience was somewhat average with a few highlights. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service.

The hotel is in a unique castle setting with beautiful large trees but could benefit from some maintenance. The rooms are very basic and not soundproof, with a below-and-above main floor layout. The service is friendly, but there was an issue with an overpriced taxi. The location, while charming, is poorly organized and not very welcoming with some staff language barriers. The dining, although in a 'cheap' area, may not be worth the price, especially for the self-service breakfast. Facilities could be improved.
